When the online form opens, you will be asked for the following:

- Date of birth
- Address and postcode
- Other information required by the Academy
B. Parent / guardian details
- Full name
- Relationship to student
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Emergency contact, if required
C. Enrolment details
- Programme or class
- Preferred start date, if applicable
- Additional information relevant to the application
D. Declarations
- The information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You have read the enrolment terms and privacy information
- The application will be reviewed in line with the Academy’s enrolment arrangements
After submitting the form you will continue to secure online payment of the enrolment fee, and receive confirmation using the contact details provided. The Academy will contact you if further information is required.
